Jim Watson (District Sales Manager)
Jim Watson has had a fast track into sales management since starting his career with Regency in May 2004. Jim’s accomplishments as a Sales Representative included winning several sales contests in 2004, leading to his promotion to Senior Account Representative in just seven months while increasing his revenue base in excess of 37%. Currently, Jim manages one of our District sales offices and has been promoted twice in management since he took over the sales team in April 2006. Today, Jim also helps train new hires and assists in continually updating our sales training materials.
Jason Fisher (District Sales Manager)
Jason joined Regency in 3rd quarter of 2004, as one our first Sales Representatives in a remote sales office. Jason was a top performing Sales Representative in 2005 and was promoted to Team Leader in January 2006. Jason has had a substantial impact in his District during 2006, affording him another promotion to District Sales Manager in the fall of 2007. Today Jason’s principal mission and efforts have been directed toward strategic development initiatives on a national scope, resulting in further growth within the marketplace at an increasingly rapid rate.
Rachael Rose (Field Service Manager)
Rachael Rose joined the Regency family in 2005 and quickly climbed the ranks to lead the sales rankings in her district. After just one year with the company, Rachael was presented the opportunity to either manage a sales office or become a Field Service Manager. Rachael directed her career toward Field Service Manager, where she was able to enhance the district’s retention programs. Her leadership skills earned her the role of managing the Field Service program nationally. Rachael continues to be a company leader in the development of our new business strategies and service integration.
