As the first representative in Kansas City, Jason started his journey with Regency in May 2004. His sales representative activity has yet to be matched and currently holds the record for new account activations of 144 in one year. This led to a promotion to manage the Raleigh-Durham market and build the first ever team consisting of the #1, #2 and #3 sales representatives in the country. Currently, one of these sales reps is now the Director of Sales and another owns one of the largest independent franchises within Regency. Jason took over the Chicago and Milwaukee markets in June 2011, but his previous market, Kansas City, boasted another team consisting of the #1 and #2 reps in the country. Along with their Key Account Manager, they were responsible for 43% of Regency's year-over-year growth, and all have been promoted to management positions. He looks forward to developing more career paths and building yet another creative, growth-oriented environment, further driving Regency's success in a competitive marketplace.
